© 2008-2010 by Fran Smith Singeltary Burial Ground, on the family property in Conant, was located north of Lady Lake, section 17, T18S, R24E.
It
is no longer in existence due to highway expansion.
The 3 bodies were exhumed and moved to Rose Hill Cemetery in Kissimmee. Per Judge Singletary, Oct 1961.
Those buried were: Richard Williams Singeltary, Feb. 19, 1837, N.C.- July 21,1892
Mary Jane (Pitt) Singeltary, Feb. 2, 1845, N.C.- May 16, 1886
Alice Keturah
Singeltary, Mar 31, 1885, N.C.- April 16, 1886.
